We replaced the front door to allow for additional natural light and added a custom shelf and bench in the foyer. A fresh coat of paint throughout, new antiqued laminate flooring, bead board on the kitchen island wall, wallpaper in the 1/2 bath, and custom blinds completed the upstairs.

The basement was fully developed including a kitchenette, family room, flex room, two bedrooms and full bathroom. Custom finishes included cork flooring, glass, marble and linen tile, potlights, doors and trim matched to upstairs, custom cabinets and built-in with mantel.
